Sheffield of Guillen

I have a theme team that isn't doing so hot. Jose Guillen is tanking and Gary Sheffield is out on the waiver wire. If I dump Harriston at 2nd and Dump Guillen I could easily get sheffield. However, I'd have a 4 in left a 1 in center and a 4 in right. Will my defense suffer too much despite the added pop with Sheffield. Take a look at the team...

The guys on the waiver wire are just too good for me to keep this theme going. (Drew, Sheffield, Mora etc...)
