From the official Rule book...

[quote:fc0de57db5]27.52 A pitcher used in relief in his last outing should have at least one day of rest before starting. If he does not have this day of rest, consider him fatigued for his entire start.[/quote:fc0de57db5]

Sorry Chase, but I am not sure i understand the question... :?

basically, if a Starter/Reliever pitches in relief, he must wait one game minimum before he starts a game....

example, Madritsch pitches 1 inning in game 42, 2 innings in game 43, and 1 inning in game 44....he must sit game 45 if you want him to start game #46.

For relief purposes, he, like any other rp, must wait the number of innings he pitched X 3 before pitching in relief again, or he will be fatigued.

hope that answers your questions, if not...just ask!
