After there are 12 people that sign up with lotto state we will hold a lotto draft to determine the draft order. How that works is we will use the pick 3 lotto numbers from the night selected for all the states people have chosen to get a list of random numbers. We will list the managers in order from low number to high number. Each owner will pick their first team in that order. In round 2 we will flip the order for your 2nd team so that the person who got the #1 overall pick will get the 24th and last pick and so on. The lotto state you chose does not have to have anything to do with where you live or anything. I do not live in DC, or anywhere near there, but often will pick DC as my lotto state for some reason. :?
