No Customer Support

I am new to SOM online. I was introduced to it by my wifes uncle who is a long time player. I had a problem with a live draft and team. I wrote 5 emails within 24 to customer support using their special form. I have not receive even an acknowledgement that they are looking into the problem.
I have received an email from them regarding a league that was canceled so there is no problem with my email address or it being blocked.
Is this normal for the customer support to not responsd to numerous emails ? Is it because I am "new" ?

Let me see if I can help. Press 1 if your problem is with fielding, 2 with hitting, 3 pitching, 4 waivers, 5 drafts, 6 other.

Then hold for an interminable length of time. Then the phone will disconnect.

I would ignore you too if you wrote five times in 24 hours, but they're probably nicer than I am.
