Inside the park homers

There should be inside the park home run chances for really speedy guys like Carl Crawford,Grady Sizemore,Joey Gathright,Willy Taveras, ect. ect. And even for the ATG, and 80s players. Guys like Willie Wilson, in Royals stadium, would hit about one inside the park homer per year! Stadiums should also be rated for triples. Royals(Kauffman) is more conducive to triples, by speedy base runners ,than most ball parks.

Inside the park homers are factored into the players hitting cards right now. If someone hit only inside the park homers, he would have them on his card.

I'm not sure if any other way would be more "fair". It seems to me (with no data to back me up) that most inside the park homers are bad/questionable fielding plays by someone--like a diving catch that gets by an outfielder more than a spectacular hit or base running heroics. How else would Prince Fielder get one? :)

For the most part inside the park homers are very unique plays, but they do happen more often with certain players, and more often than no hitters.
