Joe Dillon?

Maybe this has been covered and I missed it, but why isn't Joe Dillon included in the 2007 game? Just wondering.

I am not sure the exact reason, but Jacoby Ellsbury had 40 more AB's(116-76) and didn't get in either.

Seems like guys who had @100 or less AB or 30 or less IP and had ridiculously good numbers will be excluded. Not sure why, though, since this game has the ability to price for that.
My assumption is they've never wanted to account for it by having a severe injury roll, and the assumption is given a more full sample size there is no way those guys would continue those numbers. So including them, even at a high salary, devalues what guys who played a fuller season accomplished.

Dillon has not written a good song since the seventies anyway! His SOM card must have gotten "Tangled Up in Blue".
