Again I am having a time with the setting "Slow hook". I do not really understand why I would use this setting on my starting picther. Can someone please enlighten me? Thanks

Quick hook means that your SP will be left in games longer, perhaps even when he is tired and not 100% effective.

So it comes down to being a question of how much better your SP is than your pen. If your pen is shorthanded and lousy, and your SP is great, that would be the optimal situation to use it.
