* $200m
* DH
* waivers
* 20% drop penalty
* 4-round live serpentine draft, followed by autodraft
* Live draft set by State Pick-3 (evening) lotteries, with highest number drafting first.
* Divisions set by live draft order (1,4,7,10 and 2,5,8,11 and 3,6,9,12)
* Only allowable stadiums: AT&T Park, Citizen’s Park, PNC Park
* Trading and chatter encouraged
