All of you Shea playas out there...any tips for playing in Shea vis a vis lineups, defense, etc.

I DO know that it's a pitcher's park, and defense, pitching should be stressed there.

In a pitcher's park, runs will be at more of a premium. So players who can steal bases help. Also players with more natural home run chances, as opposed to ball park home run chances.
