Reyes for Rollins

Someone in our league traded Reyes for Rollins. That is what I would call a savvy GM!

During the season? If so, who were the other players involved in the trade?
Preseason? Was the new Reyes owner clearing cap space for other moves?
Reyes and Rollins have essentially the same card vs. LHP.
Vs. RHP Rollins has 4 more hits. Reyes has 3 more OB. Rollins has much more pop.
Rollins is a 1 defensively, Reyes a 2. Same errors.
Reyes will steal more bags.
So unless one wants that power vs. RHP and a 1 at SS, Reyes seems more than adequate.
Especially considering the 4M you save.

There is no salary cap! Berkman and Kotchman(pretty even) were also swapped in the same deal. This is at the 50 game mark! There is absolutely no comparison between Reyes and Rollins(when salary cap is not involved) ! You can look at the league here:

I am sorry my link did not work. It looks like a lot of people do not like this subject matter, and either want it to go away, or they believe Reyes for Rollins(under a no salary cap situation) is a fair trade. So I am not going to post on the matter anymore. What's the difference, it will not change anything? People will do what they are going to do. It would appear that I have angered a lot of people with my posts. Therefor I will try to refrain from posting for a while. It is after all, just a game. Have fun!
