Does anyone know if the 2 rules mentioned in the subject are active in any of the games? Specifically ATG and the mystery card games.

Ive known those ratings, capabilities to be in Dynasty League Baseball (www.DesignDepot.com) where the creator is Michael Cieslinski, designer of the old popular board game, PTP--Pursue the Pennant.

Don't know for certainty that those ratings are part of SOM. :?:

Thanks for the info. I'm assuming these rules are in effect for all leagues.

It makes no mention of the catcher blocking the plate, but come to think of it, I think that's a rule for the regular board game that is always on.
