I need advice with this team

I thought I put together an offensive power house, but as of right now, I am getting smoked each night. Usually only winning 1 out of the 3 games and posting a sub .400 winning pctg. Advice and opinions are welcome, I am trying to learn.

On either this or the Strategy forum it has good advice.

Also, what Aray has said here is good advise.

Hernandez and Willis definitely have to go unless Willi9s fits a rare, ideal spot start.

Package up one of your good hitters along with Hernandez or Willis to see if you can find any takers for pitching.

Again, depending upon matchup I like Smoltz, Wainwright, McGowan as starters.

Moylan, O'Flaherty and Wuertz in set-up roles.

Good LH relief specialists can be Beimel or Fultz.

Try trades first before FA.
