Closers

Is it a waste to have BJ Ryan and Percival as closers? I also have Gordon to set up. I'm hoping to be pretty dominant in my bullpen...that strategy got me to a finals with another Petco team. Thoughts?

Ok here is my team now. Do you think my bullpen should hold up or will it fall apart over the season?

I disagree

percival is C6 he is $1.76, in petco he is decent

BJ Ryan, C2, +$5.36, some people love him, but I think the better money is spent on percival

how many more saves is Ryan gonna get than percy?

I use him almost exclusively in petco and he regularly gives me good number, below are some teams as examples

wins - 2, loses - 5, saves - 39, era - 3.64, whip - 1.46

Release Vizcaino, see if you can get a .5 SP to replace Milton then get
Percival to close. (you always want a closer with a C5, at least, in my opinion)
Keep Ryan and Gordon for long relief.
Other than that, your team looks pretty good.

Thanks for the advice. With the majority of hitters in my division being rightys I dropped Ryan. Picked up Looper and Frasor to be my closers and am probably going to use Speier as my mopup guy. I just don't understand what "mopup" is...what is its' purpose? And would Cotts be better in that role?
