Yes, though it's pretty rare. The player has to have very few walks and a good number of sacrifice flies.

BA = (H/AB)

OBP = (H+BB+HBP) / (AB + BB + HBP + SF)

Example

100 AB
30 H
2 BB
0 HBP
5 SF

BA = .300
OBP = .299
