Since last year, you can use the same credit interchangeably between ATG III, ATG IV, 1986, 2007, and yes, now 2008. When you create a team, you have a choice of all of those player sets.

I don't have the 2008 option yet.

Still 86/ATG and 2007 Bernie when I click on my credit.

I think when you click on the link, the option for 2008 is there.
