I'm not sure if you implemented any new bullpen settings yet and it is early in the season with the new cards, but I kinda think the bullpen has been a bit more consistent.

I think you're imagining things. AFAIK, none of the new features have been implemented.

Stay tuned however. I'm hearing it's going to be a lot more fun to play with.
