This will be similar to other longball theme leagues. The rules are as follows;
1. All starting pitchers will be no more than 2 million dollars; relievers will be no more than 1 million dollars.
2. Hitters can be any price
3. Each division will have one of four parks, US Cellular, GABP, Citizens, or Rogers Centre, which you will pick as you enter this league. If you are the last entering a division you must choose the 4th remaining stadium option.
4. Salary will be 80million w/dh advanced / waivers

Keith, I thought I would finish off the Cell and have one guy in each division. I think the rest of our strato brethren are about "leagued" out right now. Don't worry, they'll be scramblin' for more action. I like all the offense. I spent many a day at Coors Field in the mid-90s before the ridiculous humidor ball. I've seen my share of 17-13 and 16-10 games. Good stuff.

Keith,
After about 30 or so, all the starters are .5's- mainly a crapshoot for HAL and no strategy. If you made pitchers or at least the starters at below 2 mil, at least it would give us a few more options. Even then the pitching staffs would be about 10- 12 mil or so with the hitting at around 70. Just a thought.

How do you enforce a rule such as no SP above 2M?

On your autodraft list, as long as no one you enter on there is over 2 million, you will not get any 2 million+ starting pitchers on your team.
