The team that scored 30 runs had 43 rolls on the batter's card vs. 21 on the pitcher's card. A pretty good ratio there that will pretty much always mean a win, but 30 runs is amazing no matter how you do it.

The Cleveland Indians scored 22 on the Yankees in real life. So I do not think it is far fetched that either of those lineups could put up 30 runs. But it is still very impressive.

Ouch Joey Devine had some tough rolls there. 14 to 1 on the hitters' cards, all capped off with a grand slam on a 1-3 bp hr.
