In the first round of playoffs with 2 games per night how is rest calculated? With 4 SP* pitchers, and as usual one kinda weak one - is there any way top avoid having him throw?

If I am understanding your question, I have four * pitchers, it is just like the regular season. They must have 3 games rest between starts. So in 5 or 7-game series, No. 4 has to pitch once in each series. That is the minimum.
