Hey all you vets and experts. I am in a keeper league thats in the 2nd year. I took over these team and its not going anywhere this year, or even for a couple of years based on my currernt team. I am in the re-building mode. I do have Josh Hamilton, who is performing way below his card. I have been offered Fowler(from Colorado) and next years 2nd and 3rd round draft pick. I have about 4 1/2 additional position players that are any count going forward(Pena, Figgins, Abreu, Cust, Furcal) and maybe 3 pitchers.

Should I do the deal?????

Thanks for your advice.

Andy

You've got to get a first round pick somewhere in that deal, Hamilton is a stud.

I disagree, Fowler could easily be almost as good as Hamilton, I would do it.

Fowler is still unproven...I would hold out for a sure starter at a need position( SP,2b, c etc) and the 2nd rd pick but perhaps settle for the 3rd
