Just in case you have not been clued in...the SOM online community has a certain celebrity of our own.

The Biomechanical Man, AKA Glenn Fleisig, is the director of research at ASMI(where all the sore shoulders and elbows go....before and after Dr. Andrews).

Mr. Biomechanical Man is quoted today in a USA Today article on the crop of new young pitchers being forced into service due to economic times. Who is the only other source cited in this article...A's GM Billy Beane. Nice company Glenn.

Also, Aero Dave is Bio's righthand man so to speak......lets give these guys some due for being in the know!

Wow!

Hey, can either of you tell me why my shoulder hurts every time Joba starts a game instead sitting next to Mariano in the pen and learning how to be a closer????

Because you'd rather have Joba pitch 180 innings instead of 50?

I'd take the 45 saves and 5 blown saves over a 8-8 record with a 4.00 ERA in a heartbeat. Now if someone would just give me Stienbrenner's e-mail, I'd get this straightened out!
