is it possible to do a draft league with only 12 teams? if so, how? when i duplicate a league it seems i get right into draft order.

yea. thats what im tryin to do. also, is it possible to mix player sets?

Simple as dragging and dropping. Just keep in mind that mixing card sets could skew results. Each card set is based on the numbers across the league for that season, so if you put a 1920 player in a 2005 league, the card won't represent the stats accurately.
