Seems like using Mauer as a DH vs righties and a high injry catcher (i.e., [u:da49bd4e1f]>[/u:da49bd4e1f]3) as the every day catcher, and NOT securing a 3rd catcher may maximize Mauer's ABs. But I don't know if that's worked for anyone--I'm doing it for the first time right now early in a season.

Obviously you'd want your every day catcher to be pretty decent.

Why does it make a difference whether you make Mauer the DH and the other catcher C vs. vice-versa?

As I have said in other posts. The real benefit of an all injury team is the ability for you to put stud SP's a the top of your draft card. Here is an injury team that I used that won the champs. It scored a average number of runs but the thing that put the team over the top was the pitching.
