The TBK II Theme League (Team Based Keeper) unfortunately looks like it will need to replace JKolak as an owner, as he has been MIA for a few weeks.

Whomever takes over will also get the right to play in the 05 & 06 versions of our keeper theme league. This is a fun & competitive theme that requires a decent amount of trading & ingenuity.

Each owner owners 5 1/2 squads ... either of pitching or hitting designation. So if you take over for JKolak you will get to build a autodraft card from any 2003 player from the following groups:

NY Yankee H, San Diego H, Minnesota P, Chicago AL P, Detroit P

After the draft runs (and you'll be the LAST owner in) You can add/drop any player in the FA Pool that belongs to one of the above 5 half-squads. All other players can only be acquired by [b:933c52c298]TRADE[/b:933c52c298].


Oh and please do [b:933c52c298]NOT[/b:933c52c298] enter the league before Saturday morning (Jan 28th).

AT - I am thinking about it... I am reading through the multi-page thread to get caught up. I have already looked at the possible players for the 2003 team given the 5 half-teams to choose from. I will let you know later tonight/tomorrow morning. If someone else steps forward in the meantime, give him the final spot.

Gotta love the quality on those Tigers in 2003... :(

Arryl - I'm in if Doc still gives me the first crack. Otherwise I will defer to him, I posted first on one string and he the other. Sounds fun, I am in if it's ok, have read rules and will be ready whenever, (if I miss something about the rules don't be pis***)

jaydingess - take the last spot and good luck!! If you think of it, post a link to your team once the season starts. I will be curious to see what you do and whether anyone from Detroit pitching makes your roster.

Glad to have you aboard. As long as you enter tomorrow, we'll have more than enough time to correct any mistakes, but if you just put players from the five 1/2 squads listed above you'll be fine. :)
