Can someone explain how only one run was scored in this inning? Wouldn't a run have to score for Choo to be credited with a single?

Looks like someone was thrown out at the plate - that would explain how Choo could have a bases loaded single, but no run scored.

Looks like the ball hit the runner going from first to second. He is out, the batter is credited with a single and the other runners have to return to where they were.
