I just read a stat that claiming weaver was at or near the top in quality starts. I forget what the time period was, but it was either the last year or the last two years. I am going to see if I can find it online.

ESPN baseball stats for 2004 season has Weaver #2 to RJ in QS with 25(vs 26) and tied for 1st with RJ in % of QS(74 %) for anyone that started a decent amount of games.
