Prize credits available for 24-team Semi-Finals losers

If you made the playoffs in your 24-team league, and went on to get beaten in the Semi-Finals, the prize credit you won is now available effective immediately, even if the Finals is still being played. Going forward, for all 24-team leagues, this credit will be made available to Semi-Finals losers immediately upon their elimination.
