where to post SOM online "feature requests"

I'm new to SOM online (in middle of first season), and, overall, I'm enjoying the experience. but I'd like to post my thoughts on some feature requests as an old time SOM gamer, current manager, and as a professional software developer. So should I post in this forum? If not where? Contact Bernie directly? Please advise.
