Per-Game Starters settings

Do Per-Game Starters assignments take precedence over your Rotation settings or should you blank out your Rotation settings in order to use Per-Game Starters?

Back in ATGI I seem to remember that the Per-Game Starters did take precedence but it didn't seem to work to well once the playoffs began.

Yes. Per-game starters definitely supersede your rotation settings.

Here is what it even says on the "Rotation" page:
