Received my cd rom game access card but did not realize that I have version 13 of the game so I had to spend another $40 for an upgrade and another week of waiting. Dont see why they just cant email the access code as soon as you buy it instead of mailing it.

I agree, but then again they only recently got rid of floppy disks as proof of ownership of a season roster, so hard copy paper proof is a step forward for them. Maybe one day they'll join the 21st century.
