Can a player be a 1 in 2 positions?

Can it be done, absolutely. Endy Chavez has been a 1 at all 3 OF postions in the past, as have others.

Will Morgan? hard to say, but I lean towards a 1 in LF and 2 in CF.

Not uncommon for a guy to be 1 across the OF. Actually, if he is a 1 in CF odds are very high he will be a 1 at the corners.

I do not recall anyone off the top of my head who has ever received a 1 in the OF and also a 1 at one of the infield positions or catcher.

In 2004 A-Rod was a 1e14 at 3B and a 2e8 at SS. That may be what you were thinking of.

I wonder if Robin Yount ever had 2 1's on his card. Did he ever play CF and SS in the same season?
