It is probably just a statistical glitch because the sample size is so small but I have a crazy number of errors, injures, and pitchers getting destroyed in just 21 games. I think I have only fielded a complete team 2 or 3 games.

One possibility is Martin's high T rating. If your pitchers also have poor hold ratings then teams with speedsters could be attempting to steal frequently, which induces Martin to make a lot of throwing errors.
