We just had the waiver draft. Tom, I think the reaction is really positive. I think you will see more $60 mil cap leagues for 24 team leagues, since it means that there are still SOME free agents left after the waivers. Also, I believe that this is a closer approximation to real life managing conditions, than with an $80 mil cap.
