Is a 6 Rating mandatory for a closer?

no reason to have to have a C6...but a couple of C1's as closers is risky...maybe a a C3/4/5 and a deep pen..or a R2/C3 like a Balfour and a decent pen

Here is a my $60 million, no DH players championship team that won the world series with only two players rated C0 and none of others rated for closer. Also led the league in ERA playing at McAfee.
