1999 "Bragging rights" league-VERY COOL NL/AL concept!

This is a VERY COOL 1999 concept league. DH rule is used. It is a 24 team league.
Here is the twist - each new player must go to this posting on the classic season bulletin boards:
http://forums.sportingnews.com/viewtopic.php?t=589119
At this bulletin board posting, you MUST declare your ballpark and league.
[b:3b5faa4c47]EACH BALLPARK CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE. If it is an AL ballpark, your team MUST be an AL team, and you MUST draft AL players. If it is an NL ballpark, your team MUST be an NL team, and you MUST draft NL players. Before the season starts, you MUST draft, trade, or sign free agents to complete your roster with only the appropriate league's players, based on the location and league that your ballpark is in.
NOTE - in order to have 13 teams worth of players in each pool, Arizona is considered to be an American league team for the sake of the player pools - i.e. Arizona players are considered to be AL players for the player pool rules.[/b:3b5faa4c47]
The AL teams are entered first, in the East and Central divisions. AFTER all the AL teams are entered, the NL teams are then entered later in the Midwest and West divisions.
All of the other online strat rules are applied normally. However, the idea is that the AL teams and the NL teams are competing between each other to see which league gets "bragging rights" for the best overall record in "inter-league" play (no impact other than the fun of winning the "bragging rights")!
PLEASE GO TO THE POSTING LISTED ABOVE TO DECLARE YOUR BALLPARK. IF YOU ARE AN AMERICAN LEAGUE TEAM, PLEASE PROCEED TO ENTER YOUR TEAM.
Please do not be fooled by the fact that there are only 3 teams entered so far. There are already 8 teams "declared" on the bulletin board posting, but 4 of the 8 are in the NL (and are waiting for the AL to fill up).
IT IS SET UP AS A PRIVATE LEAGUE, SO THAT ONLY PEOPLE WHO READ THESE "RULES" WILL KNOW HOW TO DRAFT AND ENTER THEIR TEAMS.
To enter your team, you will need the password, which is "two4".
PLEASE JOIN IN THE FUN - THIS SHOULD BE A VERY COOL LEAGUE!!!!
