HAL - Game engine card read error results in loss

My 2008 season strat baseball team lost in a 19th inning game but should have won the game in the bottom of the 15th inning.
See below
*** BOTTOM OF INNING 15 ***
SUBSTITUTE P - Jorge Campillo
0 M.Olivo 2-5 Ground Out (3B) b-0 F9
1 O.Hudson 2-7 Ground Out (2B) b-0 F9
2 J.Mather 2-6 Ground Out (3B) b-0 F9
The M. Olivo 2-5 roll should be a Double(rf)
The O. Hudson 2-7 roll is correct
The J. Mather 2-6 roll is a HR 1-2 or Double 3-20
I should have won this game in the bottom of the 15th.
Here is the link to the box score

I am wondering how many other games have been won or lost in the past and the impact on the league results.
This can't happen. If the game/card play results are not correct, the integrity of this game is gone. How long has this been going on? What is SN doing to fix this? HAL should not be delivering inaccurate card readings that determine the outcome of games.
I emailed Berneh but have not recieved a response.
Thoughts anyone?
