Relief pitcher usage question

Does Strat impose a penalty for relievers exceeding a total innings limit on a season such that they pitch weak for the rest of the season and postseason after that point? Example an endurance one reliever, do they become permanently tired after 150 innings or so? And on up for 2's and 3's? What is the penalty if one exists, and does it carry over to the postseason.

And to clarify I'm talking about sportingnews.com league play, not season simulation on a disc sent to an individual customer. But if you know, is there a penalty for that too?

thanks in advance.

Not that I am aware.

Such "equalizer" are offered as an option on the disc.

TSN staff confirmed that they removed such "equalizer" out of its game, but I don't think anybody checked if they stood by their words, but I think we can trust TSN staff.
