Need Help interpreting Boxscore

The following occured in one of the play-by-play lines for a game in my league. It did occur with 2 outs making it the last play of the inning, if that matters.

2 1 M.Williams 5-3 Double (LF) 1-3 b-0 fly(LF)x F9

does the above indicate
a) williams doubled sending the runner on 1st to third then williams got caught off of second base for the third out

b) williams doubled, the runner on first tried for home but williams got thrown out at 3rd before the runner on 1st could score.

c) neither of the above. if so, please explain.

Thanks in advance

Could have been the "Hidden Ball Trick" RP? I'd have to look at my X-Chart again. Could have also "rounded the bag too far", but I think that's on a single.

It is in fact the ridiculous play.
Check out the DO2 section RP column. This is likely what happened.

thank you both for the explanations, especially the link. That makes my reading the box score a little easier. :)
