When will the 2009 season Leagues begin? I am really looking forward to joining many Leagues this year.

I am in a net play tournament now using the 2009 season. We had a 8 man draft, no salary cap and thru 84 total games the League batting avg is only .234 and League ERA is 3.50.

Pitching has never dominated in 200x, but maybe all the performance enhancers being driven out will have an effect.
