Baseball rules question

I'm curious as to the official rules on this one.
I pitched what the computer called a perfect game earlier in the CDROM.
However I noticed something interesting in the boxscore. The pitcher faced 28 batters, not 27.
In the first inning, a batter reached first base on a strikeout and wild pitch.
*** TOP OF INNING 1 ***
0 I.Suzuki 4 Strike Out b-0
1 L.Castillo 4 Wild Pitch & K b-1
1 1 A.Pujols 6 Fly Out b-0
2 1 D.Decinces 4 Fly Out b-0

The CDROM game calls it a perfect game, but I was wondering as per official MLB rules, does that count for a perfect game?

A perfect game is one where no baserunners reach base. Therefore your game is a no-hitter but not a perfect game. According to Wikipedia...No otherwise perfect game in major league history has ever been spoiled solely due to a third-strike passed ball, third-strike wild pitch or catcher interference.

Thanks for the clarification.
I should have known that Wikipedia would have had the answer.
