It is very possible for a 1 injury guy to play in 162 games. Don't worry about how many AB's someone had in real life, you have to just look at the SOM card he was given. A 1 injury guy that only had 125 real PAs (AB+BB) has the same chance of injury as a 1 injury guy that had 599 PA (like Joe Mauer).
