sports memorabilia? I'm just wondering cuz I'm getting into it and it's pretty fun. What is the wierdest thing you've ever seen someone collect or try to sell?

Hey that's cool Jerlins. How do you get into that business? And does your business have a website I can check out?

I reaquainted myself with card collecting back in 1981 when Fleer and Donruss entered the market along with Topps which what began the new wave of collecting. I opened my store with a good friend of mine in 1988 for the sole purpose of enhancing our own collections. (Well, and my wife telling me to do something with what I had accumulated) We've grown from a little store with few sales to one of the largest wholesale/retail operations in New England. We provide most of the stores in Southeastern MA and Rhode Island with merchandise. Needless to say, the business did take away my one true hobby, but I love it to death and wouldn't trade what I do for anything. Not many jobs out there doing what you love.

We no longer have a web site as it has proven not to be so profitable. We do sell on EBay now and then, mostly things that we don't believe are marketable in our region.

Ok that's cool. Thanks Jerlins. I haven't bought baseball cards for years but I think I will this year. I got an I.Rodriguez game worn jersey card on ebay. The card says "Florida" but the jersey looks an awful lot like the Tigers.
