First of all, here is my team:

Second: I've been mulling a trade offer to bolster my bullpen and in essence change the makeup of my staff. Currently, Johnson and Santana are my front line, and Weaver/Lidle (spotted by Bonderman) are my back half with Rivera as the closer and Osuna as the other relief help.
Osuna started well, but has been throwing poorly, and his position is important because if I had a stud setup guy to help out Weaver/Lidle and bridge the gap to Rivera, maybe I'd win a few more. So here is what I am considering.
Giving up:
Santana
Osuna
Nady
Gaining:
Radke
Gagne
Segui
Podsednik (for financial considerations)
Osuna was a cheap fix because originally I had Zambrano too, but I traded him for Abreu to help out the offense, which I have since further improved. Do you guys think it is a poor choice to offer up Santana? I still have RJ, but with Gagne as a setup and Rivera as closer, they will eat a ton of innings from my poorer starters, and Radke will still be good (hopefully). I could ask for Garcia too, but he is having a good season and I doubt the owner will give him up.
The owner (my real-life uncle) is looking for a blockbuster deal, so I think he is willing, but his pseudo-deadline is Sunday, so I need second opinions quickly! Would you make this deal if you were me? Would you make this deal if you were him? Here is his team:

Thanks for your help guys.
