New Netplay League that should be a blast!!!

I am going to start what should be a a very fun Netplay league in the next few months and am trying gauge interest. Quickplay Keeper Franchise League (QKFL)

QKFL is a Strat-O-Matic Computer Baseball League. This league is a way to replay past baseball seasons with the added excitement of developing your franchise over a long period of time. We hope for great competition, good sportsmanship and extending friendships.
I. Overview
QKFL is a Strat-o-matic Baseball League containing ** teams. Each Owner will guide their favorite franchise over a number years making on/off field decisions. Most details are already outlined in the constitution and we will need to vote on some others. Our goal for the number teams is 20, we'll determine a timeframe for starting after we cna see what kind of level of interest there is. We will use AL/NL format for DH use (DH in AL parks none in NL parks) For the initial season we will use the **** season (we’ll be voting on this) and version 15 of the CDROM game with card images. The purpose of this Keeper league is to enable us to manage & develop our favorite Franchise over a long period of time.

This league will require dedicated managers who can commit to 3-4 hours per week for gameplay & 15 minutes on Sunday nights to tweak their Computer Manager & set Starter schedule. A commitment is also needed from each manager to communicate their availability to play each week.
