HRLP I DO NOT UNDERSTAND DO NOT RELIEVE BEFORE VS, MAX 6/7.

Do not relevie before applies to fatigue level. Max IP apples to number of innings.
A pitcher set to IP Max of 6 will not pitch more than six inning, regardless of fatige level.
If that same pitcher is set to do not releive before F4 then he will be pulled if he reaches F4 before the 6th inning.
A pitcher set to IP Max of 6 will not pitch more than six inning, regardless of fatige level.
