Garrett Jones just accomplished this feat...I'd be shocked if it's ever happened before in RL:

And all off the same pitcher, who was a reliever! HAL didn't even yank him after the 3rd homer, and 11th run, given up. He let him face the next batter, who predictably got a hit, before bringing in Jeff Weaver to mop up. Go figure...
