I thought they had all change to instant when the league got filled, when did we revert back?

If the league fills between midnight and 9am the draft will be shortly after 9am that morning. This is the way it's always been I believe.

Our league filled this morning and it hasn't drafted yet.

Then I click on it, and it says:

YOUR LEAGUE: USKL '09 S2

- The Auto-Draft for this league will be run at around 12:05am ET tonight, immediately after which all undrafted players become available as free agents.

If it's a "frenzy" (non-waivers) then the draft will run as it says, around 12:05.

You need a set time to make a frenzy work.
