Legue filling and waivers

Hey, just curious . . . looking forward to playing 90's, but I am pretty sure if I join a league now I'll miss the waivers, as I work during the weekends. My days off are Wed-Fri. So, when would I ideally fill a league to get waivers running on my days off? Tuesday? Thanks.
