You can still set backups for your DH in the Lineup Depth Chart, but they will not have any effect on games for the time being. For now, as I continue to get it to work properly, it is "just for show". Thanks for your patience.

Effective immediately, you may now set backups for your DH in the Lineup Depth Chart, just like all the other positions. Your changes will take effect with tonight's games.

As a reminder, the reason you couldn't before now is because the system uses the same underlying code as the CD-ROM game, which didn't support DH backups either. And it is/was not a straightforward upgrade. DH backups now works as the rest of the positions do in the Lineup Depth Chart, but I haven't made it smart enough yet to choose the worst-fielding guy in the field to switch to the DH after the backup has been chosen. Hopefully I'll get to that eventually. But for what it's worth, it works as intended.
