yes it does! The only leagues that seem to be filling at a decent speed are 2009 and ATG6.

I like this set and you can't beat the price. 8-)

The 2003 Season page shows that no leagues are registered. Just wanted to make sure. Do you see the league after you set up your team?

the second from the top on this forum page you will find "leagues available;ballpark ratings. click on it and you will find a list of leagues available by year. Click on 2003 and you will find the league. tsn 60082

That is where I checked and shows that no leagues are registered when I view it.
